Please read carefully the following terms and conditions. By using the website and placing an order you are agreeing to the conditions below. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. Feel free to contact us for any request you have regarding the T&C.


All payments must be placed in advance. We only accept payments by credit or debit card via our website. We do not accept cheques. Your order will not be confirmed until we have received the payment. 

Please note that we reserve to change prices without prior notice.

All items should be stored according to our guidelines.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

You can only cancel your orders before it has been dispatched. 

For any refund, you have 28 days to raise a dispute with our office from the date you received it. In any case of a damaged order, this should be reported immediately, and photographic evidence must be emailed to info@rawlala.co.uk. Please note we are unable to accept returns. 


Your package will be delivered to the address you provide, and it is your responsibility to make sure they will be someone there to receive it. Rawlala is not responsible for lost or stolen cake, the product that has been left out for extended periods of time, whether or other unrelated delays.

 If you are out when out drivers arrive, we will try and make contact on the number provided to see if we can deliver to somewhere else, or leave with a neighbour. If we can’t get hold of you, the goods will be taken back to our RawLab, and we will try to rearrange a new delivery.

Rawlala cannot be held responsible for : 

Incorrect delivery address. We deliver to the exact address you indicate. Please make sure all the address information is correct with all orders.
